How do I pay?


On the morning of your appointment you will receive an email with your invoice. You can pay your invoice online using a credit card, or you can provide us with a check at the time of your appointment. We use Wave to send our invoices. You will be given the option to save your credit card to make the payment process easier on your next appointment.




When will I receive my photos?


As long as you have paid your invoice, the photos will be sent out the morning after your photoshoot. If you have not paid your invoice, the photos will be held until payment has been received.




How do I download my photos?


A link to download your photos will be sent to you using Dropbox Showcase. You do not have to have a Dropbox account to download the photos. We have a guide to download your photos here.




What if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?


We know the real estate world can be hectic. That is why we are proud to be one of the only real estate photography companies in DFW that does not charge a fee to cancel or reschedule your appointment.




What is your policy on inclement weather?


We will usually shoot if it is just cloudy, but if it is raining hard, snowing, or there are dangerous conditions, we will have to reschedule the shoot. We are always happy to do interior only in the case of inclement weather, and come back out to do exteriors for a $40 return fee. We also offer blue sky replacements for cloudy days, starting at just $25 for 10 photos.




What is the best way to schedule a photoshoot?


You can visit the Book Now page on our website, call or text us at 817-776-2142, or email us at contact@texasrealestatemedia.com. Once you have contacted us, we will follow up with you to finish setting up the appointment.




How long does a photoshoot take?


It depends, every property is different, but on average a photoshoot takes 30-45 minutes.




What if I cannot meet the photographer?


If you cannot meet the photographer on the day of the photoshoot, we are more than happy to meet with the homeowner and complete the shoot as scheduled. We can also enter the house on combo if there is an electronic lock, hidden key, or combinatin lockbox. If we enter the home without a realtor or homeowner present, we will text you a confirmation when we arrive, and when we are leaving the photoshoot. IMPORTANT: We will need the combo to enter the home the morning of the photoshoot. We will also need to be informed of any locked gates, pets, alarms, etc.




How should the property be prepared prior to the photoshoot?


We have created a Photo Ready Check List that you can print out and give to your clients prior to the photoshoot. This will help ensure that the property is photography ready when we arrive on the day of the shoot.




How many pictures should be taken?


Our packages are based on square footage, however, each property is different, and some properties can benefit from additional photos that highlight property details, showcase unique angles, outdoor features, etc...




Can you photograph neighborhood amenities?


Yes! We would be more than happy to photograph the neighborhod amenities to help promote your property. We ask that you please let us know at the time of booking. We can photograph neighborhood pools and playgrounds without the realtor present, but for areas like the clubhouse, gym, indoor pool, or other areas, we ask that the realtor clear it with the HOA prior to the shoot, and also accompy us while shooting. IMPORTANT: Do to privacy issues, we cannot photograph any neighborhood amenities that are being used by individuals. This includes pools, playgrounds, running trails, gyms, etc...




Do you have a Part 107 Drone Certification?


Yes! We are FAA Part 107 certified professional drone pilots, and we highly reccomend always using certified drone pilots for any of your aerial projects.




Is it ever too windy to fly the drone?


Yes, unfortunately if the wind speed is greater than 13 knots (about 15 mph), it is not safe to operate an unmmaned aircraft. If this happens, we will work with you to get your appointment rescheduled quickly.
